Vastram Shipping Policy

At Vastram, we are committed to delivering your uniforms and apparel quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom and bulk orders may require additional time. Customers will be informed of estimated timelines during order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (India): 4-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (India): 2-4 business days (available at checkout if applicable).

  • Bulk/Institutional Orders: Delivery timelines are confirmed separately based on order volume and customization.

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or logistic issues).

  • Vastram is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-ship (additional charges may apply).
