3. Products & Services

Vastram specializes in uniforms and apparel for schools, colleges, hospitals, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for accuracy but may vary slightly in color or design due to screen differences.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full/partial payment as specified at checkout.
We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets (via Razorpay/PhonePe PG).
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery timelines vary between 5–10 business days depending on your location and product availability.
Custom uniforms and bulk orders may take longer.
Delays caused by logistics providers, strikes, or natural events are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn, and unwashed products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Customized or bulk order uniforms are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logo, designs, text, photos, graphics) is owned by Vastram. You may not reproduce, copy, or use it without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vastram is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our website or products.
Product usage and care are the customer’s responsibility.
